Booking Policies
Requests and quotations
Sending an enquiry asks us to review your proposed arrangements. It does not hold a room, cabin, vehicle, guide or entrance ticket and creates no payment obligation. We use your dates and group details to prepare a written proposal. Availability and price are checked for the actual services requested.
What your quotation should identify
Review the itinerary, travel dates, accommodation and cabin category, meal plan, transfers, guiding language and whether each visit is private or shared. Entrance tickets, flights, special-access areas, optional activities, gratuities and personal costs must be identified as included or excluded. The confirmed quotation governs your specific booking.
Confirming arrangements and payment
A booking is confirmed only after you accept the written offer and the services are confirmed under its stated conditions. Any deposit, balance date, accepted payment method and applicable currency are set out before payment. Do not enter payment-card details into the enquiry form.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Ask for the cancellation and amendment schedule applying to your proposed services before confirming. Supplier terms can differ between hotels, cruises, transport and other services. We do not apply an invented universal refund percentage on this website. The terms accepted for your booking state the applicable deadlines, charges and refund process.
Changes to an itinerary
Road conditions, site access, weather and sailing operations can affect the sequence of visits. Where a change is required, discuss suitable arrangements with the team. Optional additions and changes requested after confirmation remain subject to availability and any agreed price difference.
Information needed to plan accurately
Provide accurate passenger numbers, children’s ages, dates, arrival details and relevant practical requirements. Discuss walking, steps, long drives, boat boarding or child seats before confirming. Share only information needed for planning and use an agreed secure channel for any sensitive documents requested later.
