The practical details.
Protect the final morning
Send your actual arrival and departure flights before approving the itinerary. This is a two-night outline, not three full sightseeing days; an early third-day departure means reducing visits or adding accommodation.
Choose a useful hotel base
Cairo and Giza place you differently for the airport, historic quarters and plateau. We compare location with your priorities and quote the property and room type before confirmation; no named hotel is assumed here.
Walking and gallery choices
Expect exposed ground at Giza and substantial walking in the museum. Share mobility needs and particular interests early so that the route, breaks and any assistance can be assessed realistically.
The written quotation takes precedence over this suggested programme. Check the final services, guiding arrangements and any optional costs before confirming.
Good to know.
Can we enter a pyramid?
Ask for a pyramid-interior ticket to be identified separately in the quotation. Access, ticket availability and suitability must be checked; the standard plateau visit does not imply entry.
Will we have the same guide throughout?
Guiding is arranged for the confirmed sightseeing periods. A resident guide, airport assistance inside restricted areas and evening accompaniment are not assumed.
Can we replace the historic-quarter visit?
Yes. Tell us whether another museum, Saqqara or more museum time is your priority. A substitution changes driving time, tickets and possibly the required number of nights, so it is requoted.
Where will we be picked up?
Your hotel or an agreed meeting point. Your exact meeting details are agreed before travel.
How is my booking confirmed?
Send an enquiry first. We review availability and provide a written quotation with the itinerary, services, price and booking conditions. Sending the form does not reserve a service.
