Ask about this option

Included in the proposal.

  • Private return transport for the confirmed Safaga–Luxor road itinerary
  • Historical guiding at Karnak and the named West Bank sites
  • Coordination of the permitted port meeting point and planned ship-return margin

Not included unless quoted.

  • Monument admissions and special tomb tickets unless expressly included
  • West Bank stops not named in the agreed plan and any optional river activity
  • Food, drinks, purchases, tips and unlisted cruise-line or port services

The practical details.

Provide the cruise details first

Send the vessel name, port date, arrival, departure and passenger all-aboard time. The programme cannot be responsibly timed from “Safaga day trip” alone.

Assess the whole day

The combination of extended driving, sun and monument walking can be tiring. Discuss children, mobility needs and your willingness to accept a long shore excursion before booking.

Prioritize before reaching Luxor

A clearly chosen West Bank visit prevents rushed decisions while the ship deadline approaches. Name any desired special tomb early; separate admission does not create extra sightseeing time.

The written quotation takes precedence over this suggested programme. Check the final services, guiding arrangements and any optional costs before confirming.

Good to know.

Will we visit the Valley of the Kings?

Only if it is named in your confirmed West Bank programme. The published heading allows the planner to propose a suitable selection, not every monument.

Can the guide meet us in Luxor?

Yes, that may be the quoted arrangement. Check whether the guide travels from the port or joins for sightseeing; private transport does not imply continuous guiding.

What if the shore window becomes shorter?

The team may reduce visits or determine the inland route is no longer practical. Changes and cancellations follow your confirmed terms; ship-return timing takes priority over optional sightseeing.

Where will we be picked up?

The agreed meeting point at Safaga port. Your exact meeting details are agreed before travel.

How is my booking confirmed?

Send an enquiry first. We review availability and provide a written quotation with the itinerary, services, price and booking conditions. Sending the form does not reserve a service.

Keep exploring.
